1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Al Ain Construction & Maintenance ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide construction and maintenance services including but not limited to:
- Residential and commercial construction
- Building renovations and fit-outs
- Electrical, plumbing, and AC maintenance
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Emergency repair services
3. Service Agreements
All services are subject to a separate written agreement that will specify:
- Scope of work
- Project timeline
- Payment terms
- Warranty information
- Liability limitations
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit required for construction projects
- Full payment required before commencement for maintenance services under AED 5,000
- Payment plans available for projects over AED 50,000
- Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by service type:
- Construction Projects: 10% cancellation fee if cancelled after contract signing but before work begins
- Maintenance Services: No charge if cancelled more than 24 hours before appointment
- Emergency Services: Full diagnostic fee applies if cancelled after technician dispatch
6. Warranties
We provide the following warranties:
- 12 months warranty on construction workmanship
- 90 days warranty on maintenance and repair services
- Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and equipment
Warranties do not cover damages caused by:
- Acts of God or natural disasters
- Client misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized modifications by third parties
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:
- Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
